Icon was conceived as a project of architectural renewal on the Costa del Sol. To generate momentum in real estate development and restore Marbella's appeal, six renowned firms joined forces to create signature projects — aiming to mark a milestone and shape the emergence of a new architectural language breaking ground in Andalusia.

Villa 20 is characterised by a simple yet strongly defined appearance. The L-shaped geometry orients the house towards the views, directing the eye towards the sea, the mountains and the golf course. Generous living spaces and terraces suggest a lifestyle with a holiday quality, enhanced by double-height volumes and abundant natural light. The white forms of the villa stand out like a sculpture within its plot, playing with orthogonal and oblique lines and the shadows they cast upon one another.

The design, materials and colours, among other things, express the intention behind the project: to create a house that brings together elements drawn from tradition, translated into a new era, in a single place.
