A full renovation of a three-bedroom, three-bathroom apartment on Marbella's Golden Mile was conceived to redefine the space and enhance its privileged surroundings. The approach favours a contemporary, luminous and open architecture, where design and functionality blend naturally to create a sophisticated and timeless home.
The new layout optimises every square metre and seeks to dissolve the boundary between interior and exterior, visually incorporating panoramic views of the surrounding gardens and the sea beyond as an essential part of the project. This continuity is particularly evident along the longitudinal axis connecting kitchen, dining and living areas with the terrace, generating a fluid, light-filled spatial sequence that can nonetheless be subdivided as needed by a series of bespoke sliding doors — allowing the apartment to be transformed with flexibility without sacrificing aesthetic coherence.
Given the nature of the project, the highest construction standards were applied throughout, with meticulous attention to materials and finishes. Stand-out features include aluminium and carpentry works, a carefully curated selection of wall and floor cladding, underfloor heating, and a bespoke kitchen that balances technical precision with formal elegance. The result is a contemporary home that strikes an equilibrium between comfort, design and connection with the Mediterranean landscape.
